Susan Muske
District Manager
Susan has been with the district since 2007, where she worked with the Watershed projects for the first 5 years, and has been the District Manager ever since. Susan leads the Tree Planting Services for LaMoure County as well as supervises the equipment rentals, LaMoure Arboretum, financial bookkeeping, and many other district tasks.

Melissa Shockman
Outreach Coordinator
Melissa started with the district in spring of 2025 and leads all outreach events that we host and collaborate on throughout the year, in addition to creating and maintaining website, social media and marketing materials. She also administers the Soil and Health Legacy Program for LaMoure County and can be found helping the tree and fabric crew each spring and summer.

Rachel Waddell
Tree Shed Coordinator
Rachel started with the district in spring 2024 as a seasonal tree crew member. When she came back for tree season in 2025 and 2026, she has grown into her current role as Tree Shed Coordinator during each tree planting season and takes on design marketing and other district needs throughout the year.
