Release of Liability
By signing below, I hereby release, waive, and discharge LaMoure County Soil Conservation District, its representatives, employees, board members, volunteers, and authorized agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this activity.
Media Release
I hereby grant LaMoure County Soil Conservation District, its representatives, employees, board members, volunteers, and authorized agents the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs and/or video recordings of me (or my child, if applicable) for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, advertising, and web content, in any medium now known or later developed.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use to which it may be applied. I release and discharge LaMoure County Soil Conservation District from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of such images or recordings, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
